Cancellation Policy
We reserve appointment times especially for you. We sincerely ask for a 24 hour cancellation notice for any appointment. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment.
We require all appointments to provide a credit card to keep on file. All appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged half of the cost of the booked service. We send out text reminders before all scheduled appointments 72 hours and 24 hours before appointments. Please notify us to avoid being unnecessarily charged.
CHILD(REN) POLICY
For the safety and protection of our clients, children are not allowed in the spa. Please plan to reschedule your appointment if you are unable to secure a sitter.
